A note from the Middle Wing
These are the years we teach students how to study — not only what to study. Independence is a skill we practise in class.
Concept years
From facts to understanding — labs, languages and independent work
Middle school is where subjects deepen. Students learn to take notes, plan homework, work in labs and speak with evidence.
Science splits into clearer strands, mathematics grows more abstract, and social science asks students to see cause and consequence. Computer lessons include coding basics. Olympiad and quiz opportunities are offered without turning the year into a contest.
