Students are promoted when attendance, internal work and examination performance meet the school’s published standard — aligned with CBSE rules for board classes.

Attendance
Regular attendance is required. Prolonged absence needs medical or written cause; otherwise promotion may be withheld.

Internal work
Notebooks, practicals, projects and periodic tests are part of promotion — not optional extras.

Term and annual results
A student must meet the minimum standard in the examinations that count for the year, including any qualifying subjects named by the school.
- 04
Classes 9 and 11
These are treated as foundation years for the board. A student who is not ready may be asked to repeat rather than enter Class 10 or 12 unprepared.
- 05
Classes 10 and 12
Promotion and certification follow CBSE. The school cannot override Board results.
- 06
Support before detention
Remedial help and a parent meeting are offered when a student is falling behind. Detention is a last step, not a surprise.
